What information we collect
When you visit our website, we collect:
- Analytics data via Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-S4L5JRCWNK): pages viewed, session duration, approximate geographic location (city level), device type, and referral source. This data is aggregated and pseudonymous — we do not identify individual visitors from analytics alone.
- Cookie consent state, stored in your browser's local storage to remember whether you accepted analytics tracking.
When you contact us via a form on our website or by direct email, we collect:
- Your name, work email, company name, and any message content you provide.
- Form submission metadata (timestamp, source page) to help us route enquiries.
When you book a scoping call via our Calendly scheduling page, we collect:
- Your name, email, and any answers to scheduling questions, plus the date and time of the booking.

Who we share it with
We use the following third-party services to operate the website and respond to enquiries. Each is bound by its own UK-GDPR-compliant data processing agreement:
- Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for website analytics and tag management. Google processes data in the US under approved transfer mechanisms.
- Formspree, Inc. — form submission backend. When you submit a form on our website, your details are sent through Formspree before reaching our inbox.
- Calendly LLC — scheduling and booking management.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — content delivery and hosting for esos.kees.co.uk. Cloudflare processes log data such as IP addresses for security and performance.
- Webflow, Inc. — hosting for kees.co.uk (the main site).
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone else for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
- Enquiry data (form submissions and emails): retained for 24 months from last contact, then deleted.
- Calendar bookings: retained for 24 months from last contact.
- Analytics data: retained by Google Analytics for 14 months (default GA4 retention; we have not extended this).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Ask us to delete your data (subject to any legal retention obligations).
- Object to processing, or restrict processing in certain circumstances.
- Withdraw consent for any processing based on consent (e.g. analytics, marketing emails).
- Lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe we've handled your data unlawfully.
